To use the ASL Web Order System the customer is required to have a user name and password. If the customer does not have either, it is compulsory to create a profile. In order to do so the following sequence of steps need to be carried out.
A) On the Login page of the ASL Web Order System click the Register Now button.
B) The Registration page opens, containing a number of fields in which the user is required to enter his or her information. Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.
C) The username and password entered should be at least 6 characters long.
D) Once you complete filling in all the fields click on the Save Information button on the bottom left hand corner of the page.
E) This would open the acknowledgment screen shown below, which states that your registration has been successful and an email notification would be sent confirming your login information for future reference. It also highlights that your login needs to be activated by a sales administrator. This procedure will be done within the next 24 hours.
F) You would receive an email once the login has been activated. On receipt you would be able to use the system.
G) Select the Return to Login Screen link to go back to the opening page.
The following steps need to be carried out to successfully update or amend a profile.
A) Type in your Username and Password in the corresponding fields on the ASL Web Order System Login page.
B) A Profile page comes into view displaying all your existing information.
C) Select the field you wish to amend by navigating with the Tab button of your keyboard or with the mouse. Then type in the correct information.
D) Type in your password in the password field and select the Save Information button.
E) A confirmation of your profile being saved successfully will appear along with an email for future reference.
F) To go back to the login page select the Return to Login Screen.
NOTE: Customers can only update or amend their profiles after they receive emails from Amsafe Logistics confirming that their logins have been activated.
